As an Expert you accede and are additionally a subject to the Terms and Conditions which intensely includes this Privacy Policy. If you are not an accredited Expert with XpertConnect, part of Factorial Solutions Pte. Ltd. by visiting this website you agree the accumulation/ acquisition and use of your information under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time (including certain material changes that may affect in the ways which your personally identifiable data may be used or shared in the future) which will be posted on the XpertConnect Website in concurrence/accordance with the section "changes" mentioned below. Your consecutive/constant use of XpertConnect Website will signify your agreement to aforesaid changes.

2. Personal information and data collection:

XpertConnect collects information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, contact details, and professional work history. XpertConnect may also collect information about Experts from third parties.

We use your information to process and details of your XpertConnect membership to provide you with opportunities to participate with XpertConnect and to keep you up to date with new developments at XpertConnect. We also use and analyze the information we collect so that we can administer, improve and develop our business.

XpertConnect may contact you using personal information you voluntarily provide us about specific consulting opportunities.
We do not sell or share your personal information obtained through our Sites with third parties for their benefit purposes. XpertConnect and trusted third parties process personal information only for the purposes for which it is collected.

3. Information disclosure

XpertConnect may contact you based on information you provide us to determine if you wish to complete the process of becoming an Expert Panel Member when you begin but do not proceed with the process of membership with XpertConnect.
Your information will be held by XpertConnect and may also be accessed and held by XpertConnect staff and third parties working for XpertConnect or XpertConnect's subsidiaries and affiliates.

XpertConnect may disclose your information in response to legal process, to protect our rights, as otherwise required by law, or for the prevention or detection of a crimal charge. If we sell our company or part of it, or our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, XpertConnect may disclose your information to our new business partners or owners who may then contact you with information about their services or products.

4. Additional provisions applicable only to Experts:

XpertConnect may disclose your information to Clients.

XpertConnect may disclose your information to third parties, such as our employers and companies that you have provided services to or contracted with, for the purpose of confirming any consents or approvals that you may need to participate in specific XpertConnect Project or Consultation Opportunity(s).

XpertConnect Clients, if required by law or the Clients compliance policies, may disclose information about their projects with you, for example your name and the amount you were paid on the project ("Required Client Disclosures"). For example, a telecom service provider may be required to publicly disclose certain of its interactions with telecom professionals in the market.

XpertConnect reserves the right to conduct third-party checks on you. XpertConnect may seek to verify your employment history and check for any criminal background. XpertConnect may seek to verify the duration and accurate invoicing and description of Consultation and/or any other project you conduct for Clients.

XpertConnect may share your information with non-Client third parties for the purpose of promoting our business, including displaying your information on our websites, print media and other materials (collectively, "Marketing Materials") without any limitation, subject to your right to opt-out, as provided in the Terms and Conditions of registration.

5. Access & Update of Your Information

You are entitled to see the personal information published and/or held about you, subject to XpertConnect's confidentiality obligations to its clients. You may also request that you make changes to your personal information so that it is accurate and kept up to date. Experts are required to regularly update their professional Work Hisory and other employment related information that they provide to us.

Right to Opt-Out Of Information Collection & Use

Expert Panel Members may opt-out of concurrence with XpertConnect, whereupon we will use reasonable efforts to cease contacting such persons. You may choose not to provide personal information to XpertConnect.

6. Referrals

You may use the "Referrals" feature to send an e-mail to a colleague who has consented to being contacted by us. The referral e-mail offers recipients the facility to opt-out of receiving further referral e-mails. XpertConnect may store referral information in order to present other opportunities to your colleagues. Please provide a telephone number if your colleague has consented to being contacted by XpertConnect by phone.

7. Security & Information Retention

We employ security measures to protect your information both online and offline from access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires. If you are an Expert Panel Member, XpertConnect may retain your information for its business purposes if you cease to be a member, provided that XpertConnect will protect all such information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

XpertConnect may update this policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy in the future will be posted to the Site. Your continued use of this Site and, if you are an Expert, your continued participation with XpertConnect will indicate your agreement to such changes.
