Amit has more than 15 years of experience in the Information Technology and Consulting business. Prior to starting Factorial, Amit was heading the professional services business for a Singapore based consulting firm 'Genovate Solutions'. He also served as a CEO for 'Amity Software' in APAC region.
Amit holds a Masters Degree in International Business from Center of Management Studies, New Delhi and Post Graduation in Marketing and Sales Management from YMCA. He is an alumnus of Delhi University from where he graduated in Commerce & Economics.
Subodh Kaushik, REGIONAL MANAGER, ASEAN has cross-functional management experience in Sales & Marketing, Professional Services & Product Management. Subodh has been with the company since inception and has been responsible for customer engagement, alliances and vendor management in the Singapore region.
With 14 years of work experience, Subodh brings with him the energy to lead and motivate large teams. He provides a balance between technology, people management and communication skills needed to execute and deliver. His earlier assignments were with PEROT SYSTEMS, Singapore and NEWGEN SOFTWARE in India.

Bala Iyer, FINANCE CONTROLLER is responsible for cost optimization, procurement and management of funds, advising on structuring of biz and new projects at optimum costs and fiscal benefits. He is based out of Singapore office and controls the overall finance and accounts function for the group companies.
He has more than 20 years of experience and area of expertise include corporate management and financial planning besides management of HR, Legal, commercial, financial and statutory obligations for the company.
Bala is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from India.
Rakesh Chopra, Managing Director of Icon Resources & Technologies Pte. Ltd., Singapore is B.Tech in Electronics & Telecom Engineering and a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
He has over 20 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Commercial functions in the IT industry. Sumit Gupta, an Engineering graduate from Jamia Milia University is a specialist in internet technologies and e-enabling of businesses including scrutiny of revenue models for e-enabled businesses. Ability to suggest/adapt latest or existing technologies for task at hand, instead of building solutions from scratch, is what truly reflects his abilities.
In 15+ years of rich experience, Sumit has designed and developed two top-of-the-line software products, Tarantula and AudioManage. Rajnish Ranjan is a qualified Legal Practitioner who specializes into J.V. Agreements, Collaborations and FDI Participations as per guidelines of Government of India with foreign partners; strategic tie ups, international and Indian business partnerships.
14 years of experience has made him gain vast legal expertise on conveyances, negotiations, IPR issues, M & A, Cyber Laws etc. He has represented diverse clients at various courts like civil & criminal, High Courts, the Supreme Court of India and specialised forums like MRTP Commission and various other National Commissions.
He has graduated from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in 1995 and PGDM from ICFAI.
