1)
How we define 'Experts'
Experts are individuals with vivid profiles and developed definitive knowledge about various industry verticals. They may be currently employed or retired executives, directors, professors, or self employed/independent consultants. Their relative expertise that enables them to engage in stimulating and high quality interactions determines their role as an Expert. Please feel free to register as an Expert with the XpertConnect network.
-Experts are free to reject or decline to communicate with a particular client without having to explain his/her personal choice.
-Consultation calls are scheduled depending upon the availability of the Expert.
-XpertConnect does not guarantee the number/frequency/intensity of consultation requests to its Experts. However, our main aim to provide as many consultations possible to our eminent Experts.
-After enrolling with the XpertConnect network (which will take just a few moments), it is not time consuming for the Expert to update himself/herself though his/her own personalized XpertConnect login account
-Experts are free to enroll for any other Expert network or similar organizations of their choice. You are only obliged to go through XpertConnect to work with those clients that were first introduced to you by XpertConnect, for a period of 12 months or one year after the last project done with XpertConnect.

What subjects are dealt with in the consultations
The subject of consultations varies and depends on the demand from our clients. However, the information sought most of the time is of a qualitative nature. For example, our clients may wish to understand:
-The fundamentals of an industry and its market dynamics (size of the market, growth, changes in market share, etc.)
-How a manufacturing process works or how the price structure of a product breaks down
-Client-supplier relations with a view to determining negotiating powers
The market potential of new products
-Most importantly, the information exchanged should never be confidential in nature

Consultations are provided to Experts on the basis of
XpertConnect associates understand the client requirements in detail and extract the best possible Expert from the relative industry vertical.Expert profiles that best suit the client requirements are then invited by XpertConnect to participate in telephone consultations with our clients which last from about 30-60 minutes (approximately).

Consultation Confidentiality
Every consultation is of high level confidentiality/classification. Experts are advised not to reveal any information regarding any consultations s/he may have undertaken especially with an XpertConnect client.
An Expert may not in any case reveal any information about clients s/he may have consulted previously through XpertConnect.
No Expert will be held responsible at any time for decisions made by XpertConnect clients based on the information received by the Expert.
All consultations are conducted in English. An Experts linguistic ability is considered before a particular consultation is assigned.

Benefits with XpertConnect
-Concurrence with XpertConnect provides favorable opportunities to Experts in terms of attractive compensations in lieu of their time spent over the phone with XpertConnect clients
-XpertConnect does not charge its Experts for their enrolment. Membership is free but we screen our Experts before they are referred to the clients.
-All consultation calls are scheduled depending upon the availability of the Experts that lasts from about 30-60 minutes (approximately).
-XpertConnect gives helps its Experts to network and interact with multifarious individuals from various industry verticals.
-The valuable and beneficial information shared by the Expert to the client will be kept highly confidential.
7)
Pre-requisites
The Experts are recommended to take prior permission/approval/consent from their employers or any other relevant authority with which they have a contractual obligation.
Experts must not register with XpertConnect in case any legal regulations and obligations prohibit you to become a part of our Expert network.
Every Expert has the right to cease his/her concurrence with XpertConnect network by giving a notice via e-mail at any time.

Expectations from Experts
Every Expert is expected to:
- Deliver correct and precise information about his/her profile when attempting to register with the XpertConnect network.
- Agree to the General Terms and Conditions (needs some legal language to frame it).

Experts are not our employees
The Experts at no time are employees of the XpertConnect network. Their interactions in the form of consultations, etc. with XpertConnect clients are of as them being separate/individual Experts with no affiliation to their place of work or XpertConnect.
10)
Expectations from our clients
The confidentiality of the Expert is of prime importance to us. XpertConnect clients are particularly asked to agree upon the following:
-Not to contact the Expert for any other purpose other than that related to the subject for consultation.
-Experts shall in no case be expected to answer questions which are confidential in nature.
- No Expert will be held responsible at any time for decisions made by XpertConnect clients based on the information received by the Expert.
- No client can directly contact the Expert without the knowledge of the XpertConnect associate in charge

Expert suitability
To determine the suitability of the Expert for the intended consultation, the Expert will be briefly elucidated upon the topic of research and asked to answer a couple of questions that our clients will ask for.
Foregoing the consultation our clients will/might address a more comprehensive set of questions from the Expert.

Response to requirements
Our client requirements are usually very crucial and require immediate acknowledgement therefore, it is advisable that the Experts may respond as soon as possible to the proposed consultation requirements.

No Prior Preparation
No prior preparation is required for the Experts before a consultation since the Expert is expected to deliver clear and unbiased knowledge/injunction by using their relative expertise with the purpose to benefit the client in making an effectual/efficacious business decision.
Majority of consultations are conducted over the phone. Which last from about 30-60 minutes (approximately).

What not to do
Experts are asked not to share or divulge any information about their company.
The Experts are called for in order to connote their individual overview/outlook/point of view on the market or other players (elucidate). If at any time the Expert feels that the topic of consultation is confidential/ classified/ furtive in nature s/he is free to reveal or divulge information about the same.
However, utmost precautions are taken at our end in order to prevent the Expert from being asked any confidential/classified/ furtive information.
15)
Control the frequency of consultations
In order to continually acquire regular and consistent consultation offers, an Expert is advised to provide us with an extensive description of his/her professional history, accomplishments and experience.
16)
Referral Program
Opportunity to recommend: XpertConnect network gives its Experts an opportunity to recommend new individuals who are equally eligible in terms of expertise and experience. We constantly seek for referrals by our Experts and offer our member Experts attractive compensation, whenever their respective referrals participate in consultation for the first time.
